Platinum Residence - Warsaw

Would recommend for a couple of nights

Spacious apartment, comfortable kitchenette, including a laundry machine and a fast WiFi connection, all while being just a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station.

All was good.

Everything. The staff, the facilities.

The room was not cleaned/ bed made throughout the stay. Not sure if it has to be specifically asked for. However it did not matter to me as I kept it pretty clean and reused towels and did not ask the reception.

It would be nice to address the unclean common areas!!! The inconsistent air conditioning performance really detracted from the overall enjoyment of the stay!!!

Large and beautiful room/apartment. All necessary equipment for long term stay (laundary machine, pots, dishes, dish washer, etc.). Located 15 min walking from city center. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The couch in the living room was a bit dirty.

The location is great, but I was shocked to find my toilet wasn't working, which they were aware of and still ignored. After paying for a beautiful suite, they refused to give me an extra bedding set without charging more. I almost thought of giving a good review, but honestly, I just couldn't.

Very lovely and comfortble room. It was, there what I need.

This was on the most beautifull apartments I have ever seen. Kitchen fully equipped, washing mashin, dischwasher, microwave.....Fantastic wiev, 2 flat tv (satelite, dvd player), air ciondition in every room....very clean, comfortable beds, fantastic aprtments, I will definitelly stay there again. Breakfast in franch bakery in the building - very good.

It will be nice to have an extra mirror with a light in the bathroom (not enough light for make up) and a paper wraps.These are just a suggestions, not a complaint:)

Our corner 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, providing us with all the room we needed to relax and unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped was great, and the soundproof windows ensured a peaceful night's sleep, despite being in a vibrant location with plenty of nearby restaurants and a mall.

Limited cleaning service .

Complicated access for the first time. The parking price overrated. Cooking and smoking smell in the room, which came form the corridor.

Spacious one-bedroom apartment, clean interiors, and great views from the balcony. Limited attention to details in maintenance. Some appliances needed a good cleaning. Check-in was quick, yet staff seemed uninterested. A decent stay despite those hiccups.

difficult to parking the car.

it was a lovely hotel - i liked excellent staff and perfect location. the service was exceptional with an efficient check-in. location: the property was near the warsaw skyline, the better museums and the warsaw uprising museum. i had real good experience and will come back.
